NEW DELHI: Sachin Tendulkar got run out on the final delivery of the third over after Yorkshire invited Mumbai Indians to bat in the Champions League Twenty20 match.

Scorecard

Tendulkar scored seven and shared 23-run stand for the first wicket with Dwayne Smith.

With both Mumbai and Yorkshire suffering defeats in their opening Group B matches, Thursday's tie is a must-win game for both the sides to keep their semifinal chances alive.

There may be a striking similarity between the two teams as far loss and position in the points table are concerned, but MI would certainly start as favourites against the English outfit owing to their more experienced batting line-up, which runs quite deep.

Mumbai Indians: DR Smith, SR Tendulkar, RG Sharma, KD Karthik, KA Pollard, AT Rayudu, MG Johnson, Harbhajan Singh, DS Kulkarni, SL Malinga, PP Ojha

Yorkshire: AW Gale, PA Jaques, JE Root, A Lyth, GS Ballance, AU Rashid, DM Hodgson, Azeem Rafiq, RJ Sidebottom, SA Patterson, MA Ashraf
