NEW DELHI: After a fiery start, Kolkata Knight Riders suffered their first setback when they lost Manvinder Bisla in their Champions League T20 match at Newlands in Cape Town on Sunday.

Bisla blasted off the Titans bowling attack with an impressive 14-ball 27 runs that included 3 boundaries and 2 sixes.

Bisla, along with skipper Gautam Gambhir, put up a speedy 32-run partnership for the first wicket after Titans skipper Martin van Jaarsveld won the toss and decided to bowl against Kolkata Knight Riders.

Already shown the exit door, IPL champions Kolkata Knight Riders would look for a face-saving win when they take on table-toppers Titans in their final Group A match.

Titans, on the other hand, are on a roll, having won two consecutive matches, and would like to seal a place in the semifinals when they meet a deflated KKR side.

The worry for KKR in the bowling department remains the lacklustre performance of Lakshmipathy Balaji. The Tamil Nadu bowler has been too costly giving away 116 runs from his 11 overs in the tournament so far.
