NEW DELHI: Kings XI Punjab won the toss and elected to bat against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL clash at the Rajiv Gandhi International stadium on Friday.

Cameron White is leading Hyderabad in the absence of Kumar Sangakkara.

Kings XI Punjab brought in Mascarenhas and Paul Valthaty while Akshath Reddy replaced Parthiv Patel in Hyderabad squad.

SRH will look to maintain their all-win record at the venue before they head into a week's break.

Out of the four games so far, Gilchrist & Co have won two and lost two. But the worrying factor is that neither their wins were comprehensive nor the losses narrow. KXIP have a lot of loose ends to tie up in this tournament.
