IPL 6: Pune Warriors off to a good start

NEW DELHI: Aaron Finch and Robin Uthappa gave Pune Warriors a flying start as they took the side to 77 in first ten overs after being invited to bat by Kings XI Punjab at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, Mohali on Sunday.

Scorecard

Punjab bowlers appeared clueless to Pune openers. The duo helped Pune cross 50-mark in just six overs.

Pune have made two changes to their side, bringing in Luke Wright and Ajantha Mendis in place of Angelo Mathews and Mitchell Marsh while Yuvraj Singh and Mithun Manhas have also been named in the playing XI. Aaron Finch will be captaining the side.

Kings XI have left out Dimitri Mascarenhas and Paul Valthaty for David Miller and Parvinder Awana.
